Wireforms are commonly used as retainers in the form of clips or pins, some forms can be used as simple beams offering a return force when bent or twisted. Our advanced CNC machines enable the production of very sophisticated shapes and forms which can be incorporated into product designs.
Technical parameters of wireforms are almost infinite, for lower volumes our experienced production technicians can form products manually, but with the flexible CNC capabilities even complex forms can be tooled cost effectively.
Our wireforms can utilise many different materials and surface finishes to tailor the product specification and performance parameters to the specific nature of the application and operating environment.
