Complimentary to our coil & presswork facilities we have a range of grinding and scragging equipment suitable for a variety of spring sizes and for low and high volume throughput.
Heat Treatment
For products requiring heat treatment (annealing, tempering, hardening) we operate a fully equipped oven and furnace centre. For specialist heat treatments such as NADCAP, we utilise our long-standing relationships with accredited subcontractors.
Part Cleaning & Passivation
We offer comprehensive parts cleaning & degreasing services including chemical cleaning, vapour degreasing and passivation treatments, we only use high quality chemicals to ensure products are delivered strictly compliant to customer specifications.
Logistics
As we serve customers around the world we have extensive experience in shipping to clients in Europe, Middle East, Asia and the Americas. We work closely with clients’ shipping agents to ensure packing and documentation are compliant with customer standards and orders are expedited efficiently.
