All our manufacturing and testing processes are certified in accordance with AS9100 D & BS EN ISO 9001:2015 standards.
Within our helical spring testing centre, we have the facilities to accurately inspect and measure a range of performance variables including:
- Load deflection
- Free height
- Spring rate
After the prototyping stage our engineers will commission a sample production run to ensure that the finished product conforms to the agreed specifications and performance criteria.
Our Testing and Inspection team can supply a variety of different product conformance certificates including:
- Certificate of Conformity (CofC)
- Certificate of Analysis (CofA)
- Product Part Approval Process (PPAP)
